The First Meeting of the Fifth Standing Council and the Third Meeting of the Fifth Council of

China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents Held in Beijing

On July 15, 2026, China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (hereinafter referred to as CIREA) held the first meeting of the Fifth Standing Council and the third meeting of the Fifth Council in Beijing online and on site. Both meetings were chaired by President Jiang Wanrong. Executive Vice-President Chai Qiang, Resident Vice-President Wang Ruichun, Vice-President and Secretary-General Wang Huan, Vice-President Zhao Xinming, Shang Aiqun and Liu Haiqi, and a number of Standing Council members and Council members, attended the meeting in person. Supervisors of the Fifth Supervisory Board attended the meeting as non-voting observers.

The first meeting of the Fifth Standing Council reviewed and approved the agenda of the third meeting of the Fifth Council. In the third meeting of the Fifth Council, four documents were deliberated and adopted by a show of hands - “Rules of Procedure for the Council and the Standing Council of CIREA”, “Regulations on the President’s Office Meeting and the Resident President’s Office Meeting of CIREA”, “Development Plan of CIREA(2026–2030)”, and “Measures for Handling Complaints and Reports of CIREA(Trial)”. By secret ballot, the meeting approved the appointment of Liu Guiwen, Ma Peisheng and Zhou Xin as the Fifth Council member, the Fifth Standing Council member and Vice-President respectively. The meeting also approved the appointment of Xing Hongyu as the Fifth Council member, the Fifth Standing Council member and Deputy Chair of the Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Commission; Zhang Daiqiang as the Fifth Council member and the Fifth Standing Council member; Wu Dongchun as the Fifth Council member and an Executive Member of Real Estate Rentals Commission; and Wu Zhenghong as the Fifth Council member. By a show of hands, the meeting approved the designation of Wang Huan, Vice-President and Secretary-General as well as the legal representative, to concurrently serve as the spokesperson for CIREA.
